Introduction
Ham's F10 nutrient mix was developed for the serum-free culture of Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells. It can be used with many different cell types, including primary cells of rat and chicken, but also for human diploid cells. Supplementation with FBS or serum-free additives may be necessary, depending on cell type.
