Introduction
Sodium Acetate 100 mM, pH 4.5, GMP Grade is a low-pH buffer concentrate for downstream processing.
The concentrate is used for elution and viral inactivation in the acidic pH range; defined pH 4.5.
This makes the acetate buffer suitable for Protein A elution and low-pH viral inactivation.
