Description
Peptide N-glycosidase F (PNGase F) is an amidohydrolase that cleaves N-linked glycans (high-mannose, hybrid and complex) from glycoproteins at asparagine residues. Conventional PNGase F reactions can require several hours and may lead to incomplete deglycosylation, resulting in biased glycan profiles. Rapid and accurate N-glycan profiling is therefore essential for monitoring glycosylation in therapeutic antibodies and fusion proteins.
Provis Biolabs PNGase F Flash™ is an optimized recombinant enzyme derived from Elizabethkingia miricola that enables rapid and complete deglycosylation of antibodies, immunoglobulins, fusion proteins and other glycoproteins within minutes. It efficiently removes all N-glycans, allowing direct downstream chromatography or mass spectrometry analysis while maintaining high sensitivity and reproducibility.
PNGase F Flash™ is manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 quality system. Animal-origin-free (AOF). Suitable for research use only (RUO) applications. GMP Grade is available upon request (made-to-order custom production).
