PNGase F Recombinant (cloned from Elizabethkingia miricola) enzyme expressed in E. coli.
Peptide N-glycosidase F (PNGase F) is an endoglycosidase that removes N-linked glycan oligosaccharides from glycoproteins. PNGase F is considered to be the most effective enzymatic method for removing almost all types of N-linked oligosaccharides from glycoproteins. It is used in the quality control of biotechnological products such as monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and glycosylated proteins.
PNGase F is manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 quality system. Animal-origin-free (AOF). Suitable for research use only (RUO) applications. GMP Grade is available upon request (made-to-order custom production).
