Description
3-D Life HyLink is a component of the 3-D Life Hydrogel system. The HyLink molecule consists of hyaluronic acid (hyaluronan) carrying thiol groups along its backbone.
When combined with SG-Polymers of the 3-D Life Hydrogel system, thiol groups on HyLink form stable thioether bonds with the thiol-reactive groups on the polymers, which results in the formation of the hydrogel.
HyLink can be used with 3-D Life functionalized polymers SG-PVA and SG-Dextran.

Application
3-D Life HyLink is used together with thiol-reactive SG-Polymers of the 3-D Life Hydrogel system to establish 3D cell cultures.
Quantity
Cat. No. L70-1: Sufficient for 1.6 ml hydrogel of a crosslinking strength of 1.2 mmol/l when used with SG-Polymers of the 3-D Life Hydrogel system.
Cat. No. L70-3: Sufficient for 5 ml hydrogel of a crosslinking strength of 1.2 mmol/l when used with SG-Polymers of the 3-D Life Hydrogel system.
