Introduction
RPMI 1640, also known as RPMI Medium, was originally developed at Roswell Park Memorial Institute (RPMI) in 1966 for the growth of human leukemia cells in monolayer or suspension cultures. RPMI media has since been found to be suitable for a wide variety of mammalian and hybridoma cells. We offer a variety of RPMI media to meet the needs of your specific applications.
